1. Monthly tuition fees & amenity charges along with applicable conveyance charges will have to be deposited for twelve months in an academic session.
2. Fees etc. should be deposited before the 20th day of a month.
3. Fees will be accepted in cash/Bank Draft/Local Pay order only. Cheques will not be accepted.
4. For convenience, in some case, fees collection figures may be rounded off.
5. Medical expenses including vaccination etc. shall be 16. Students wishing to use school-transportation facility charged individually & separately.
6. For out-station events like educational tours, participation in state/national level games & sports, visit to historical places etc., the participation will have to bear the individual expenses & which the student will have to deposit before the departure to concerned authority/school office.
7. Fees once deposited will be non-refundable.
8. The due fees will never be collected in parts.
9. A charge of Rs. 5(five) per day will be taken if the fees is not deposited on or before the 20th day of a month.
10. This fine will be charged for all non-deposited fees dues months. The delayed period will be counted upto the date of deposit.
11. No representation for waver of late fees deposit shall be entertained.
12. After a lapse of two months of continuous non-deposit of fees, the student’s name will be struck off the rolls and he/she will be debarred from attending the class.
13.Re-admission of such students will be possible after all the dues and late fine along with half the amount of the admission fees of the concerned class is deposited. Even Transfer Certificate of non-depositors will not be issued in any condition.
14.If the fees etc. of a student is not deposited his/her admit card will not be issued for exams.
15.If a student is found to be a chronic defaulter in fees deposited, he/she will be issued T.C., before the commencement of a new academic session.
16.Students wishing to use school-transportation facility shall have to pay applicable/current bus charges. These charges will differ on the basis of the distance of the commuter’s bus-boarding points.
17.As mentioned above transport charges will be applicable for 12 months in an academic session.
18.All bus user student will have to submit an indemnity bond duly signed by their parents/legal guardians.
19.If a school-bus using student wants to withdraw the bus-facility, he/she should inform in writing with valid/acceptable reasons thereof before August in the academic year.
20.If a Student, who has withdrawn from the school transport facility, is found using it without written permission by the school will be fined Rs. 2000/- (Two thousand) and no representation/entreaty shall be accepted in any circumstance.
21.A student not having fees and conveyance deposit up to-date will be barred to use school bus facility.
22.Timely fees deposit is indispensable as well as mandatory for all the students.
