1. The school expects full cooperation of Parents/Guardians. Without it, nothing can be achieved. Their consistent suggestions/complaints regarding their wards is welcome. Also, they should not conceal any personal fact/truth regarding their wards.
2. English, being the medium of instruction, parents/guardians are requested to converse with their wards, to the maximum possible extent, in English, with stress on manners, body language and etiquette.
3. Children should be sent to school on the basis of school calendar, half an hour before the school time and be received immediately after the school is over.
4. Parents/Guardians are advised not to see their children during study-hours at the school nor should they send any relative to do so.
5. Parents/Guardians must see the teacher’s note and enquire from their wards about home-assignments. They should sign the school diary and ensure compliance of the given assignment sent by SMS.
6. Parents/Guardians should inform in writing the request for leave and the reasons for their wards absence, if any.
7. Any change in address/telephone number of parents/gruardians should immediately be informed.
8. Parents/Guardians are requested to see that their child is groomed in a secular, magnanimous, virtuous and industrious atmosphere, whose basis be truth, tolerance, sympathy, compassion and honesty.
9. Necessary information related to fees and its payment must be obtained by the parents/guardians at the beginning of the academic session every year
10. At the time of admission, the parents/guardians must sign on the admission form and after admission on the “Indemnity Bond.”too.
11. Parents/Guardians are required to follow quickly the communications/whatever, made by the school and deposit fees and other charges well in time.
12. Parents/Guardians should invariably attend Parents-Teachers’ Meet.
13. The Parents/Guardians should regularly check the school-diary of their wards and ensure compliance of the instruction given therein.
14. They should do everything to inspire their wards to goodness, honesty, virtue and truthfulness and physical labor.
15. They must report to the school anything, which they feel necessary regarding their wards, so that, suitable corrective measures, if necessary, may be taken in time.
